How to request deletion of your account and data
How to request account deletion
You can request deletion of your FutureSchool account directly from the mobile app:
- Open the FutureSchool app and sign in.
- Tap the Account tab at the bottom of the screen.
- Scroll down and tap Delete account.
- Select a reason for your request and tap Submit request.
- You will be signed out automatically. Your request will be reviewed and processed.
If you do not have access to the app, you can also request deletion by emailing us at fasiladam1290@gmail.com.
What data is deleted
When your account deletion request is processed, the following personal data is permanently deleted:
- Your account profile : name, email address, phone number, and profile picture.
- Your learning activity : lesson progress, quiz attempts, and course completions.
- Your enrollment and membership records.
- Any content you submitted : support messages, reviews, and lesson questions.
What data is retained
Some data may be retained after account deletion as required by law or for legitimate business purposes:
- Payment and transaction records : kept for up to 7 years for tax and legal compliance. Retained records contain only transaction references and amounts, not payment card details.
- Aggregated, anonymized analytics : data that cannot identify you may be retained for product improvement.
How long it takes
Deletion requests are typically processed within 30 days of submission. You will be notified by email or phone once your account has been deleted, if contact details are available.
